Default Uploading to YouTube
Quick question - I've just uploaded a load of videos to YouTube, but when they are played back, its only a section of the video picture that is shown in the whole youtube player (does that make sense?) - eg, a video of someones face only shows the top right quarter, but filling the whole screen.

What am I doing wrong?
