Can anyone here recommend a reasonably cheap website hosting company?

My general idea is to design my pages on something simple like Frontpage Express, then upload updates etc whenever I see fit. I'm not looking for masses of storage space or anything fancy, just a reasonably cheap host that can also supply me with a .com, .net or .co.uk address. I'm also looking for a site with no adds or pop-ups etc etc.

Any ideas?

EDIT: It's a photography website I am building so now that I think about it, maybe some decent storage space and bandwidth (whatever that is) would be better.

I can tell you One Hosting company not to go for:

Hosting-Unlimited = 5 months. Soo many issues.

I offer web hosting over at http://www.existentia.net but it isn't the cheapest by any standards. It is good though - this web site being an example of something hosted there.
