We're more than delighted to welcome back Faroe Islands metallers SIC for their second gig in the bar: "If you are into bands like Machine Head, Pantera, Slipknot, Mnemic, Sepultura, Korn, Soulfly, etc then you'll probably like what we do," they say.
Currently in the midst of a mammoth European tour (Norway, Germany, UK, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Denmark and Holland), they'll hit these shores like a... err... a freight train? (work with me)

TEN TONNE DOZER are a resilient heavy rock unit who are based on the remote Shetland Islands, making them Britain’s most northerly heavy rock band. They've played numerous gigs dozering their way throughout Shetland and mainland UK, with their live shows having been described as ‘an overwhelming intense barrage of sound and visual exhibition’. It's an awe inspiring mix of blood, sweat, broken strings and sheep skulls and paves the way for the beginning of an epic journey through dishevelled, dirt mongering slovenly metal and downright filthy rock.

ABLACH formed in Aberdeen Scotland, Summer 2007 and features ex-members of crustcore outfit Filthpact and current members of death metallers Bonesaw, two bands which have played prominent roles on both the underground punk and metal scenes across the UK and Europe. They have since shared stages with some of the best hardcore, grindcore, metal and punk bands around including: Achren, A Den Of Robbers, Afgrund, Atomgevitter, Cancer Bats, Certain Death, Co-Exist, Discharge

Formed from the ashes of Relentless and members of Seventh Circle, SEMPERFI got together in September 2008. Since then they have been in the practice room gearing up for their first gig at the Moorings Bar.
