Default The Little Kicks/ Boxing Clever Album = Is this Music? Review / I-tunes..

Hey guys,

Its been out since June but we havent really tried to ratchet any press until recently on our debut album.

Anyway,
We got a nice wee write up in the latest issue / online pages of Scottish indie mag Is this Music? - see link below.

is this music? short players Little Kicks

Album is on sale in HMV, One Up and from our myspace / big cartel link.
Goes on I-tunes/ spotify next month also (date tbc).

Will be playing Aberdeen on the 11th November with Broken Records @ Drummonds and once again in December as a headline show (venue/ date tbc). We havent played since the album launch so itll be good fun. Broken Records string section will also be joining us on a track or two at the Drummonds show.

Hope you guys can check out the record and hope you like it.

Other press:

THE SKINNY
"The Little Kicks (****)...inject some energy into the night by upping the pace...keeping their focus on classic pop hooks. Their radio-friendly style sounds like a more innocent take on The Strokes on One More Time, or a more pensive Franz Ferdinand on We Came Alive, proving that old fashioned guitar pop is alive and well."

MoG (American blog site)
A MOG exclusive stream...The Little Kicks release "Boxing Clever"

Plus various plays on Radio 1, Radio 6 and Vic Galloway and Jim Gellatly sessions etc..

If anyone writes or scribes for press and would like a promo copy for reviewing let me know:

Im doing an interview / accoustic session on Northsound One tomorrow night also, possibly playing some new songs / tracks from the album. 8pm
