Idlewild Scottish Fiction dvd

My dad gave me the Idlewild Scottish Fiction: Best of 1997 - 2007 cd/dvd for a new year present.

The album contains a greatest hits cd and a dvd. The dvd contains the performance from the aberdeen music hall gig last year and tonnes of other stuff. It's quite emotional, and has some great footage between the songs!

I would HIGHLY recommend this to any Idlewild fan, anyone that was at the music hall show, or anyone who wants to get into idlewild.

The dvd also has a section with all the promo videos for their songs and contains a Roddy Woomble commentary which is very interesting. One of the best things I have seen in ages.

It's a very good set for any fan - I went off Idlewild years ago but I saw this at my Sisters and fair play to them - a lot of effort's gone into this.

Wish more bands would follow suit and release CD / DVD sets actually worth buying.

Great band or at least they where!!!!!!!!!

Seen em recently over here in ireland a couple of months back.

They played scottish fiction at the end, it was really cool!

It's a good dvd!

The band aren't as good as they used to be though, a bit dull these days.
