Default Where was all the ska fans?

Went to see Toots and the Maytals with my little brother on Sunday. Proper authentic ska from Jamaica. Were fuckin immense. All those people who enjoyed ReelBigFish at Moshulu last year missed out on the band who originally did "Monkey Man". Funky Kingston and Pressure Drop plus all the rest of the classics were here. Great crowd though I was suprised there hardly any younger peeps there.

Hate to be a pedant, but shouldn't it be "Where were all the ska fans?"

£14 if your a student or under 18 Pricy but it was well worth it. And it was cheaper than ReelBigFish.

I was there and got to watch the whole thing for free

best concert i have ever been too, the music was really my kind of thing and it was amazing to see a performer who was so in touch with the crowd.

Ska means different things to different people though as has been aired many times.

Sadly the ticket price meant I wasn't in attendance either- perhaps a Reading festival slot is too much to ask for for them?

The ticket price was ridiculous, otherwise I would have considered it.
