Hey,

Just finished this rough mix for Powder Monkey track "Supergirl Poledancer" (don't ask me what the hell its about...) See what you reckon...the song has already been played on some local radio stations today.

Most enjoyable sir. I really like the lyrics and the screamy bit towards the end. Reminds me of The Wildhearts and Stone Temple Pilots a bit in places which is a bit strange as I expected more punkness I guess if ya know what I mean. Nice little bass solo as well in there I note.

Will I get my ass moderated if I ask if there's any upcoming Powder Monkey gigs?

Aye bit of a different band for me, but been playing the same stuff forever, bit of diversity never hurt anyone....

As for gigs, you've missed our busy period, but we've got one or two coming up next month , Drummonds and Malt Mill I think (can't remember exact dates) and are looking for one at Moorings some time
