Hi,

My Boss DD-6 is no longer DD'ing or even 6'ing

I only get a faint signal through the chain to the amp and no delay effects at all.

It was working fine t'other day and now?...nada.

I bought it second-hand (it's more than a year old), but it's in mint condition cosmetically , so does anyone know of somewhere local that where could get it repaired?

Thanks,

Paul

Would that and a 2x12 cab be loud enough to gig with? Or would I be better getting something like a Peavey Valveking 212? Looking for a valve amp that won't break the bank.

Hey, ive been playing guitar for close to 6 years now and im comfortable playing quite a few different styles rock/blues/acoustic/anythin really, i feel pretty confident at playing both lead and rythmn to. I do currently play in the band One Night Stand but due to the rest of the band being and keith, and me being in aberdeen, we practice at the weekends, and im bored shitless during the week, so i really want to do something else aswell, so if your a band wanting a guitarist, or someone wanting to start something up, or colaberate etc please give me a shout, im up for any style!

Hi

I want to set up a company called JIGIT (Scottish Fiddle Music School) In Ellon. It would have fiddle tutor (myself) and there would be workshsops which guest tutors and group sessions which I would organize. do you think this is a good idea? Please get back to me if you or your children would be interested in learning with JIGITor attending workshops and sessions in Ellon. Ofcourse there would be a fee for all these things as this would be a business.

Thanks

Hey everybody,

I just moved to Aberdeen a month ago and am looking for anyhwere that has a (real) piano I could play. I don't want to practice anything specific, I just want to play it for maybe an hour or two a week. (I've been playing since first grade and I miss it like crazy).

I checked out some of the rehearsal spaces links, but they all either only have keyboards or are for entire bands and much too expensive for me. Can't pay 10 pounds an hour alone. =(

Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe a public school that has a piano somewhere in a corner that I could play on? Is there a music school for children that has practice rooms? (Googling doesn't give me any results on that =( )

It doesn't have to be perfect, if it's slightly out of tune it's not the end of the world, I just miss playing a lot.
