RTX ....the Jennifer Herrema-led, classic rock-worshipping current incarnation of Royal Trux are supporting PRIMAL SCREAM on their upcoming UK tour....and myself and The Tunnels are chuffed to announce that they will also be appearing in Aberdeen on FRI 12TH DEC with their own headline show

for those unfamiliar....



Jennifer Herrema is a rock chick, song writer, record producer, artist, and model best known for her work as one half of the influential rock band Royal Trux which she started at the age of 16 with partner Neil Hagerty. She has produced and mixed many records under the name Adam & Eve including such artists as The Make-Up, Palace Brothers, Brother JT, Edith Frost, The Delta 72, Woodbine, V-Twin, The Kills, Ping Pong Bitches, Delakota, The Chicks, and Bad Wizard. Herrema has written articles for many publications including Vice Magazine, RayGun, and Dazed & Confused and has conducted interviews with Keith Richards and John Lee Hooker for publication. Her artwork has appeared in gallery exhibitions in Zurich, NYC, Japan and LA and she was the original "heroin chic" poster girl as interpreted by photographer Steven Meisel for Calvin Klein print ads and TV commercials. She has also appeared in ad campaigns for Hysteric Glamour, H & M, and Henry Duarte as well as appearing in the independent film "Southlander"

Herrema and past partner Hagerty were instrumental in starting the independent record labels Drag City and Domino Records. She has 20 record releases and has played and recorded with many musicians since 1989 including Jon Theodore, David Pajo, Chris Pyle, Artimus Pyle, Alan Licht, Alex Minoff, Mike Fellows, Chris Bald, and Paz Lenchantin. Current band RTX features Nadav Eisenman, Kurt Midness, Brian Mckinley, and Jaimo Welch.

i just dont seem to have much luck with gigs at the moment......THIS SHOW WILL NOT BE HAPPENING.....a couple of the Primal Scream dates have been moved, and now they are playing Manchester on the 12th...with RTX as support.....damn damn damn bad luck!
