As there are people that use these forums from much further afield than just Aberdeen, can I suggest that it's recommended in the guidelines that people state where they are based.

Also when advertising stuff, a price should be included?

On another board that I moderate posts are removed that don't include this information, and the for sale section gets less cluttered up with rubbish.

Very good points. I'm actually looking into replacing the Trading Post forums with integrated Classifieds software which would insist on information like location, price etc becoming mandatory. Keep an eye out for it.

Just to let you all know I've now added a Property sub-forum to the Trading Post for all landlords and tenants to post in as I've noticed quite a bit of flatmate hunting goes on here.
