they just apear when you click controll panel, though seen as how you still have 10 points im guessing no1 has given you any!

dustty... if you give someone positive reputation, it ads on the amount of influence YOU have, or if you negative them it takes away half the influence you have...

hense why people with more posts/experiance on the site/articles have more influence
