Default 60 seconds between Private messages
It's quite annoying when it says you can't send a PM within 60s of a previous one, I understand why for posts in threads, but it's quite annoying for PM's especially when it deletes what you just typed.

Fair comment. The spam delay between sending private messages has been reduced from 60 seconds to 30 seconds.
