Dutch band, and their album 'Polars' is fucking incredible.

It has crazy polyrhythmic technical riffs a la meshuggah, great atmospheric dynamics in a thrash style like mid period soilwork and sweeping sections of layered music like Devin Towsend. Their album has a bunch of three minute songs plus a 17 minute epic and everything on it is genius.
