ah ha! Masterplan! Have you tried their latest outing (Aeronautics) ? Me and Scorge saw them at Bloodstock 03 and I must say they weren't great (except for Heroes...) but Aeronautics promises to be better!

i also dont see why these guys get lumped in with the power metal crew (i assume its because they also like the dress up and play vikings) but their sound is far more like early Amorphis and even the first two in flames albums. it really doesnt sound like power metal to me
