Useless, im just off the phone from tracking an order or attempting to. I got through after about 15 minutes to speak to a person who said my parcel had been 'scanned' at the london office on the 17th of May and then transferred me through to someone else who confirmed this who then said it was up to the sender in Hong Kong to start an investigation. Seriously what is going on? The parcel was sent as signed delivery.... |
