First night was good. Despite the snowy weather and Alamos having to call off due to poor driving conditions, we got around 110 through the doors. Kashmir Red played well, and we had Stevie the Magician in a little corner trickin' and a treatin'. Overall, we were very happy with the first night.
This Monday past, we had around 135 through the doors, with the mighty Bloodnut bringing down a good crowd early on. For a capacity of 350, having 135 people in makes a good atmosphere. The night shows every sign of building into a successful concept-based clubnight and I would definitely recommend coming down this Monday to see Baltimore-based lo-fi electro-punk outfit, The Death Set.
The list above shows that the Black Tooth is about more than just live bands and DJ's, and hopefully anyone who's been along so far has enjoyed themselves.
