Hundreds of walkers took part and wore their pants with pride to raise awareness of urological cancers on Sunday. The UCAN Pants walk at Duthie Park was organised by the local urological cancer charity to help raise cash.
The walk started at 1 o’clock and it was brilliant to see everyone who came along to take part and support the cause. There were also craft stalls and refreshments, with prizes being awarded for the best decorative pants.
Eskimo Blonde took to the stage at around half two to start the live entertainment playing a set of original material that everyone enjoyed.
We then played a 40min set which received a very positive response. The set included EP tracks “She’s Got It” and “Ride Away” as well as cover songs by “The Rolling Stones”, “Guns n Roses” and “Lynyrd Skynyrd”. The crowd really got involved throughout our performance by clapping, singing and dancing along which is always excellent to see.
