is the most important one in my experience. not just on tour, but regular shows at home / one off's.
it really makes the sound guy feel appreciated if they're thanked (if you can't take your own sound guy, always the preferred option) by a couple of members of a band. and if done during / just after soundcheck, they're more likely to actually try and make the actual show go smoothly.
