What is the resolution of the file? (in pixels/inch or pixels/cm)
Are you accustomed to working in inches, and possibly changed your units to metric?
For web work, resolution should be 72 p.p.i.
For print work, resolution should be at least 216* p.p.i. "
*go with 300.
