As some of you may know, despite Rudi Betamax being questioned by the FBI after being mistaken for an axe murderer, Real Shocks eventually got their visas and have jetted off to take part in South By Southwest in Texas. They hope that even if they don't get a big rekord deal with The Man USA they will at least be roughly buggered by a downhome redneck named Randy. My money's on that one.
You can hear how they got on firstly on next Monday's 'Air' on Radio Scotland, where they are interviewed, but also the week after, March 29th, when the band are live in session on the show.

And that is not all oh no that is not all, to quote Dr Seuss.
'Openness Is Dangerousness' is the band's latest 6-track maxi-EP single, due out in the blink of an eyelet (the CDs are sitting in a pile beside me now). CD will be out first, closely followed by a limited edition 12 inch vinyl format with a 'Dirty Hospital Disko Remix' sprawled across the hey side. Lovely.

Then, and then.... yep, finally a debut LP. Look out peoples, lots to come yet.
